Refund Requests

  • Missing delivery

    If a purchase has not been delivered after 24 hours, open a support ticket so staff can investigate.

  • Duplicate payments

    Duplicate charges can be reviewed when you provide the checkout email, purchase time, and Minecraft username.

  • Wrong account

    Contact support quickly if you entered the wrong username before checkout fulfillment is completed.

  • Digital items

    Completed digital rewards are normally final once delivered, unless staff confirm a billing or delivery error.
